All across America, our teams are focused on supporting the economically disadvantaged, children, seniors, the unsheltered, and other communities in need of a rapid Covid response.
Our teams from Westfield Garden State Plaza, Westfield Annapolis, Westfield World Trade Center, Westfield Culver City, Westfield Valley Fair, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and many other destinations in the USA have helped over 100 NGOs, non-profits, and community organisations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, San Jose, Washington DC, San Diego and Seattle.
URW locations have hosted Covid-19 testing sites and blood drives. We have also supported efforts to provide meals, groceries, essential supplies and baby items to diverse communities of elders, disadvantaged children and families, those on low incomes and those made jobless or homeless by the pandemic.
To address longer term health, economic, and social issues we have helped with the purchase of laptops for social workers and nurses, supported victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence, and helped provide services for at-risk and homeless youth.
We have reached out to organisations that support labour workers who have been furloughed, small business owners faced with urgent needs, young people unable to attend school, and young women and families in need of educational supplies.
