Kicking off the Triangle Tower

We are off the starting blocks to create the Triangle Tower – a place of conviviality, a venue to connect and bring people closer together.

The brainchild of Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron, winners of the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize, the Triangle Tower will create a striking and lively urban space for Parisians. Located close to the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux at the border of Paris’ 15th district, it will contribute to the development of a new destination within the metropolitan region and will combine office space with amenities including a conference centre, street level shopping, restaurants and a hotel.

More than architecture

The extraordinary Triangle Tower will offer its users more than just breathtakingly beautiful views and experiences, but will also integrate many new benefits for the local community including childcare, health facilities, and a cultural centre. Occupants will enjoy versatile spaces that accommodate new ways of working together. The design of its structure and façade enables it to accommodate a wide range of uses, also offering the flexibility to adapt or even to change its usage in the future. And that’s not all, The Triangle tower also has an extremely low carbon footprint with BREEAM and NFHQE targets both labelled outstanding and exceptional, respectively.

For this ground-breaking mixed-use destination, we’re partnering with AXA IM. Initial works started at the end of 2021, with an expected delivery in 2026.
