We constantly seek and welcome new entertainment concepts which create unique customer experiences, entertain our visitors and contribute to make our places more attractive, fun and innovative. Discover three exciting concepts: Youseum and Peppa Pig at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, as well as Hapik at Westfield La Part-Dieu.
Digital technology for other-worldly entertainment
Bridging the digital and physical worlds, Youseum, open in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands and soon to come in Westfield Centro in Germany, combines the fun of an offline experience with the reach of social media in a one-of-its-kind creative playground. Embarking on this social media immersive museum where guests are the hero of the piece, visitors are taken on a tour through rooms designed to create content for their social media channels including #instagram and #tiktok. Later in the year, another location will open at Westfield Mall of Scandinavia in Stockholm, Sweden.
Creating interactive entertainment through games and sport
Some shopping destinations overcame restrictions to create meaningful and valuable interactive experiences for customers without compromising on the enjoyment. In Westfield Lyon Part-Dieu, Hapik, the new 100% fun climbing gym, covers more than 700 m². Accessible for all from the age of 4: 8-metre-high climbing walls, a giant outdoor tree-climbing course in the middle of the centre's green areas, a "first climb" area and as a fitting reward, a space just for snacks on the terrace!
Catering to guests of all ages
For another brand of fun, Peppa Pig World of Play at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands has all the necessary facilities to play and relax. There is a themed food truck for snacks and drinks, a picnic area with seats, a Peppa Pig shop and even mud pools to jump in! Covering over 1,500 m², visitors will certainly enjoy two hours of fun designed for children eight years old and below.
