This year we launched a new platform at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) that enables customers to digitally order food and beverages from anywhere onsite and enjoy a tailored, contactless and comfortable experience while traveling.
The new service, LAX Order Now, helps keep airport passengers and employees safe while bringing innovative new ideas to the travel experience. It also helps to drive sales and boost traveller confidence during these challenging times.
It’s so quick and easy to use you don’t even need to download an app. Just scan a code, choose, pay, then pick up from an easy-to-find location. Done!
The success of our LA rollout paves the way for the same service to come to Chicago and Miami later this year.
