- Over 700 URW employees took part in volunteer actions to provide community support during the pandemic, dedicating over 2,800 hours to more than 50 organisations.

Change-makers
We empower our teams to become sustainability and diversity change-makers.
In this exceptional year we have worked extensively on diversity and inclusion, and launched the Be You at URW framework, which includes:
- Roll-out of ‘Unconscious and Unexamined Bias’ training to over 920 employees
- 92/100 in French Gender equality Index
- New target: Increase diversity in senior management roles, including a 60/40 gender balance by 2025.
Wellbeing is central to our relationship with our employees and we reinforced local actions with our new Wellbeing policy in 2020.
New joiners continue to be onboarded on sustainability and we delivered a number of critical training sessions on carbon and responsible consumption to empower our teams.
